She has been with Bob’s OKC since the doors opened in January 2021 and spent the last 12 of her 24 years in hospitality working in fine dining. Brooke grew up on a wheat and cattle farm in Okarche, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. When Brooke is not at work, she is spending time outdoors with her son, Hudson, or attending wine tastings with her husband, Matt, who is also in the hospitality business.
